Betty Wright is an R&B singer who has been sampled so many damn times, it ain't funny! Wright released her first album in 1968 at the age of 15. She still records today, and is also a vocal coach, having worked on Making The Band with Danity Kane.

The Chi-Lites
The Chi-Lites were an R&B quartet from Chicago who scored several hits in the seventies, such as "Have You Seen Her" and "Oh Girl". Led by Eugene Record, the group began as teh Hi-Lites, but added the "C" to pay respect for their hometown. Sadly, if you've seen The Five Heartbeats, you know how this story ends for the majority of soul groups from the seventies. Members began to leave for solo careers, and the group was never the same. There was a lot of internal disputes, and of course, allegations of withholding money.
The Chi-Lites were inducted into the Vocal Group Hall of Fame in 2005.
