Sylvia Striplin is a jazz and R&B vocalist out of New York. Aside from her solo work, Striplin was also a member of two bands, Eighties Ladies and Aquarian Dreams. This sample can also be heard on Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories on VCFL, the quiet storm station.
