Chairmen of the Board is a Detroit, Michigan based soul music group active mostly in the 1970s. The only thing I'll never understand about Ye is that he recycles songs, and that's not the problem. The problem is that the nigga recycles songs from like 5 years ago! I heard "Bittersweet" before Late Registration, and it came out as a bonus track on Graduation? Lucky for him, his songs are timeless. . . .
